On Saturday, 13th May, "InEvoluzione" was inaugurated, a contemporary ceramic exhibition that will be running until 14th June at the S.Orsola Church in the town square of Castello di Conegliano. We at Bepin De Eto have had the honour of participating in this unforgettable event and to give a toast with our high quality wines and sparkling wines. Nine ceramic artists, Gianna Albertin, Renza Brugnera, Isidoro Dal Col, Luciana De Lorenzi, Sergio Della Libera, Giovanna Feletti, Simonetta Lucci, Emma Modena, Marzio Pol, Maria Luisa Tormena, together with Master Giovanni Cimatti of the "Seven in Crete" group present their own concept of evolution as a process of transformation, which is both gradual and continuous, through their noteworthy artistic works. In particular, the artists looked at Western civilization and wondered whether signs of evolution could be perceived or whether there were, to their great regret and fear, alarming signs of involution, mainly due to a continuous technological evolution that is changing the way we live and relate to each other. Is it therefore possible for humans to resume their interaction with nature, developing all the potential richness of relationships, possibilities, and reciprocity that dwelling on the Earth implies? "In Evolution", supervised by psychologist Lorena Marcassa, attempts to make this profound reflection with the awareness that reading into her own time in history is always difficult and sometimes misleading, but it's worth the attemp.
